Billing & Subscription Policy
UPEC subscription charges are separate from third-party AI-provider charges.
Effective: 12 September 2026
UPEC plans
Free: up to 20 UPEC compilations per month, with a maximum of 2 compilations per day.
Pro and Team retain their published monthly compilation allowances. Enterprise capacity is governed by its applicable commercial terms.
Third-party charges
Provider API spending is billed by the provider under the customer provider account. It is not included in the UPEC subscription price.
Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring UPEC subscription using the available billing controls. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the billing system and applicable law.
Immediate access request
Before a paid checkout, UPEC requires an express confirmation that you request immediate access before the end of any applicable statutory cancellation period.
Where applicable law permits a charge for service supplied before cancellation, UPEC may retain or charge the legally permitted proportion.
Refund policy
UPEC does not offer voluntary refunds, prorated refunds or account credits for unused time or unused quota.
Refunds will be provided where required by applicable law or where UPEC otherwise has a non-waivable legal obligation.
