Cancellation & Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.

UPEC does not voluntarily refund subscription charges because of change of mind, non-use, unused compilation quota, downgrade, cancellation after billing or third-party provider costs.

If you request immediate access during an applicable statutory cancellation period, service may begin immediately.

If you later exercise a cancellation right, any refund or deduction for service already supplied will be handled only as permitted or required by applicable law.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals according to the billing controls and applicable billing cycle. Cancellation is different from a refund.

Nothing in this policy removes a cancellation, refund or other consumer right that applicable law says cannot be waived or excluded.

UPEC cannot refund charges made directly by an AI provider. Provider billing disputes must be handled with the relevant provider.
