BYOK & Third-Party Provider Policy

You must obtain and maintain your own supported provider account and API credential.

You are solely responsible for all charges imposed by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or any other provider you connect.

No UPEC plan includes provider API keys, provider tokens, provider credits, provider subscriptions or reimbursement of provider usage.

This applies to Free, Pro, Team and Enterprise unless a future written order explicitly states otherwise.

A configured credential does not guarantee that a provider will accept it. Invalid, expired, revoked, rate-limited or unfunded provider credentials may cause provider operations to fail.
