UPEC provides software for prompt/specification compilation, validation, governance, evidence handling, execution-readiness workflows and related SaaS features.

UPEC is separate from third-party AI model providers.

A user-supplied provider API credential is required for compilation features.

UPEC does not provide, resell, subsidize, reimburse or pay for third-party provider API keys, tokens, credits, subscriptions, usage or model access.

You are responsible for your provider account, credentials, charges, limits and compliance with the provider terms.

The Free plan provides up to 20 UPEC compilations per month, subject to a maximum of 2 compilations per day.

The Free monthly and daily limits apply together. Reaching either Free limit blocks further Free compilations until that applicable period resets. Paid plans use the quota and billing period displayed for that plan.

Provider usage and UPEC compilation quotas are separate.

Paid UPEC subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled through the available billing controls.

Cancellation prevents future renewal according to the applicable billing cycle and does not itself create a refund entitlement for a charge already processed.

When purchasing a paid plan, you may be asked to expressly request immediate access to UPEC before the end of an applicable statutory cancellation period.

If you cancel after service has begun, any refund, deduction or charge for service already supplied will be determined according to applicable law.

Requesting immediate access does not remove rights that applicable law says cannot be waived or excluded.

All fees are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.

UPEC does not provide voluntary refunds or credits for unused subscription time, unused compilation allowance, change of mind, cancellation, downgrade or failure to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Third-party provider availability, pricing, models, rate limits and policies are controlled by those providers and may change independently of UPEC.

UPEC does not guarantee continuous availability of a third-party provider.

You must use UPEC lawfully and must not use the Service to bypass security, access controls, quotas or provider restrictions.
